Intellectual Property Notice

McGêfters (Pty) Ltd is the exclusive creator, manufacturer and owner of the McGêfters product range.

The McGêfters brand, together with the Bakkie Rakkie, TotShot, and all current and future McGêfters products, their names, designs, appearance, concepts, branding, manuals, photographs, graphics, packaging, website content, advertising material and related intellectual property are proprietary assets of McGêfters (Pty) Ltd.

Intellectual property protection, including trademark registration and other legal rights, is actively maintained and pursued where applicable.

Any unauthorised copying, manufacturing, reproduction, imitation, modification, reverse engineering, distribution, marketing, importing, exporting, sale or commercial use of any McGêfters product, design, branding or intellectual property without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

McGêfters (Pty) Ltd reserves all legal rights and remedies available under South African and international intellectual property law.

Where infringement or unauthorised commercial use is identified, McGêfters (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action, including claims for damages, recovery of legal costs, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available in law.

Every McGêfters product is designed and manufactured to our own specifications.

Continuous improvements may result in minor changes to dimensions, finishes or specifications without prior notice.
