Return & Refund Policy

At McGêfters, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality products built for adventure, camping, braais, and the outdoors. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and warranty policy below.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused.
The product must be in its original packaging.
All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included.
The product must be clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
The product must show no signs of use, scratches, dents, rust, modifications, or abuse.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for all change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved by McGêfters, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

3-Month Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

Every McGêfters product is manufactured with care and backed by our craftsmanship.

We provide a 3-Month Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Examples of manufacturing defects include:

Structural failures.
Faulty welds.
Manufacturing defects.
Magnet mounting failures.
Material defects resulting from the manufacturing process.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, McGêfters will, at our discretion:

Repair the product.
Replace the product.
Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

For approved warranty claims, McGêfters will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic scratches, dents, or chips.
Wear of the rubber magnet coating through normal use.
Powder coating wear, fading, peeling, or damage caused by normal use, impacts, or environmental exposure.
Surface rust or corrosion caused by improper storage, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight limit.
Damage caused by using the product on a moving vehicle.
Damage caused by sliding magnetic products across painted surfaces.
Damage caused by dropping the product.
Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or alterations not authorised by McGêfters.
Damage resulting from failure to follow the supplied Safety, Care, Installation, and Operating Instructions.

This warranty applies only to defects arising from the manufacturing process and does not cover damage occurring after delivery through normal use or improper handling.
